Last summer, I had the joy of assisting my friend Becky Tranter Photography at this gorgeous Brympton House wedding. This enchanting venue has to be one of the most beautiful in the UK! Abbie & Al had a quintessentially British summer garden party wedding, complete with cocktails on the terrace, and their bridesmaids and florals providing the something blue.
They both chose to get ready at Brympton House, followed by a beautiful ceremony in the Castle House, which stands adjacent to the main house. One of the best aspects of a Brympton House wedding is that everything is all on site and each building is just as beautiful as the other. After the ceremony it was time for the confetti throw. It was then onto the South Terrace for their drinks reception in the sunshine. There were cocktails and lawn games, and the house provided a gorgeous backdrop to their celebrations.
They hosted their wedding breakfast in the beautiful Ballroom. All the tables were decorated to suit the English garden theme. After the meal, it was time for some couples photos outside! Photo opportunities are abundant at Brympton House and every corner is picture-perfect. By this point, the sun had gone in but luckily, we managed to dodge the rain!
